Ring Sizing

In order to find out what ring size you are I would highly recommend visiting your local high street Jeweller for a professional sizing. Fence Rings are quite wide, therefor you will need to ask to be measured using 'Wide Ring Guages'. I am more than happy to advise, so if you have any concerns at all please do contact me by filing in a contact form or sending an email direct to info@fencejewellerycollection.com 

Should you receive a Fence Ring and feel it needs adjusting then do please get in touch and I will be able to advise you.

 

Orders

Orders placed are subject to availability, I aim to send orders out to you within 3 weeks. Pieces with gemstones may take a little longer however; should you require an item by a specific date please do say and I will endeavour to meet your requirements. 

 

Delivery

Items ordered in the UK are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery with adequate insurance to the value of the goods.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

If you are at all unsatisfied with an order you have recieved, I will refund in full providing the item/s are sent back unworn and in their original condition within 14 days. Regretfully I am unable to refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
